Day 5 : Down to the lake

Last day of this TransAlp: We climbed the Septimer Pass to 2300m

It was cold up there, but the steep downhill helped to become warmer (by riding and pushing the bike down).

We crossed into Italia, and after about 30 flat km, we reached Lago di Como.
